KHI LIBRARY RECEIVED BOOKS FROM THE BELGIAN GOVERNMENT
This Friday, 6 th August 2010 KHI received a donation of books from the Belgian Government through their project VVOB (the Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance) . As announced by the Country Representative of VVOB, Gerrit Stassyns , books donated to KHI were collected from different districts of Region Bruxelles Capitale province.
The Director of Library at KHI, Jeanne Lise GATERA said that the books they received are up to date and rich in knowledge. 358 books worth 15 millions Rwandan Francs range from nursing sciences, anesthesia, Laboratory sciences, medical imaging sciences and mental health.
VVOB also assists KHI in getting skills lab equipments and giving trainings to different KHI academic personnel.
