Technicien Supérieur en Odontostomatologie (TSO)
program
Is an advanced Diploma program in Dentistry intended to:
- Provide the country with sufficient, competent and qualified oral health personnel.
- Ensure curative and comprehensive community oral health care services to the entire nation at the lowest cost and within reasonable distance.
The Advanced Diploma program in the Faculty of Allied of Health Sciences is a 3 year program with students entering through Direct and Mature age entrance. Upon successful completion of the program, the graduate earns an Advanced Diploma in Dentistry.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS TO TSO
Direct entry:
- Candidates holding secondary school certificates issued and accredited by MINEDUC or equivalent with credits in Biology, Physics and Chemistry are eligible
Mature Age Entry scheme:
- Candidates must have completed Junior secondary school or “O-Level” and “A-Level” with credits in Biology, Physics and Chemistry OR must have passed the mature entry examination by 50% and have worked in a medical related field.
