Directorate of Research, Ethics and Consultancy

The KHI Directorate of Research, Ethics and Consultancy was established with an aim of facilitating and supporting efforts across the institution to develop and carry out a systematic research activities and evaluation.
The major functions include:

Coordinate all institute wide activities related to research, publication, and consultancy
Generating income for the institute, especially through projects and consultancy bids.
Creating a favorable research environment, publications and consultancy among staff and students within the institute.
Active research in accordance  with the national interest and the institute in particular
Making KHI consultancy services in all key sectors of the economy known and competitive;
Partnership with other Universities and institutions in Research, country wide and abroad.
Disseminating and sharing of knowledge from research projects with the public.
Promotion of academic staff and organizing scientific, educational events, lectures, seminars, workshops and international conferences.
Ensuring conduction of ethical and quality research through ethical and methodological reviews.
Coordinate and mobilize funds for the research activities at the institution
