General objective:

To improve the quality of health care at the individual and community level by providing health structures with qualified human resources of a higher level, capable of responding to the health needs of the national population.

-To provide health services with higher level nurses and paramedicals;
-To contribute to the improvement of the organization and management of health services at all levels;
-To provide in-service training and other short-training courses for health cadres at national level;
-To contribute to the proficiency training of teachers in secondary schools of health in the country;
-To promote health through a good policy of environmental sanitation.
